One Lost Soul - British ThrillerBritish detective thriller - The darkest secrets often hide in plain sight
1996 classic Amiga game - other games
In the history of computer games, there have been many titles dealing with very strange manifestations of human activity, but Rush Hour would certainly be at the top of any rankings. We have already had control over air traffic at the airport (Kennedy Approach), rail traffic (Locomotion, for example), but controlling street traffic is a completely different story. First of all, we have virtually no influence on the cars whizzing along the streets, and our only tool is the lights at the intersections (and there are countless of them). The aim of the game (it is the same at individual stages, but in different street configurations) is to avoid too large traffic jams, and in this case too many cars waiting to enter the area we serve. From there, they drive completely at their own discretion, so you have to constantly observe where the traffic jams are forming and how to relieve them - it is not enough to change the lights at one intersection, you also have to clear the way for the cars to drive off the screen. The game is simple in structure, but believe me, sometimes even the simplest street layout can cause a lot of problems, so the appearance of the game itself does not matter much here.
