Post-apocalyptic survival for dummiesAmiga games
1999 classic Amiga game - football management games
Small football management game that focuses on less known tournaments in Germany - during winter break in Bundesliga season clubs were taking part in the indoor tournaments for the title of Indoor Champion of Germany. Apart form the local teams sometimes foreign clubs were invited to take part as guests, but they were not considered in the official ranking for the final Masters Turnier - the tournament of masters, in which 8 clubs that gained most points in previous tournaments were competing for the title.
In this game we take control of the team for the indoor championship - we can choose German club or foreign - and we compete first in the local tournaments or we can be invited to take part in friendly tournaments (that have no influence on the official ranking for Masters Turnier). We have 13 players available - 1 goalkeeper and 12 field players that we split into 3 squads (4 field players each). During the match we can change the squads (like in ice hockey), so the players would not get too tired or so we could use more offensive or more defensive squad according to current results.
FSV Santa Monika: Hallenturnier seems more like an addition that should be attached to a bigger project, and not a game itself, but it is freeware project that showed what for some football fans could be considered exotic since apart from Germany very rarely well known football clubs take part in such 5-a-side indoor tournaments. The list of options is limited, but so were the indoor tournaments themselves.
